Willy Van Der Meeren XL wardrobe

Rare piece by one of Belgium's well-known designers. This top cabinet is by Willy Van Der Meeren. Willy designed this in the 50s for the Belgian manufacturer Tubax. These wardrobes were often produced for schools and factories. 
 
The cabinet in good condition, the white door has some spots as seen in the pictures. 
 
A top piece of belgian design! 
 
This wardrobe cabinet has two lacquered metal sliding doors with the wooden handels. The frame is made of a black lacquered metal frame with wooden fineer panels.
Inside there is a hanging-rod and three shelves.
