Shogun table lamp

Sculptural Shogun table lamp. The lamp was designed by Mario Botta for Artemide, Italy in 1986.

The Swiss architect / designer Mario Botta is known for his use of geometric forms. 
The Shogun lamp consists of manipulatable metal shades to get the perfect shine light and shadow. The shades allow you to positioning the intricate shadows created on the surrounding walls.

The lamp is made of white lacquered metal. This lamp is an early production of 1986. It is in very good authentic condition. It still has the original price tag!
