Atelier Marolles mirror
This stunning wrought iron animal mirror, crafted in the 1950s in the style of Atelier Marolles, France, features a unique grid of roosters, geese, pigs, camels, and elephants, complete with two loop handles. The original iron finish has developed a beautiful patina over time. Created by Jean Touret, a French sculptor and designer, this piece reflects his signature use of metal in art.
Touret, known for his work with zinc and copper, was also responsible for the monumental bronze altar at Notre Dame, completed in 1981
